What is in a project
- Tasks and subtasks with priority and status, readable and writable by your agents.
- Milestones that give the tasks a finish line.
- Dependencies and hierarchy, so a parent initiative can see what its children are waiting on.
- A linked repository, so an agent working in that repo binds to the right project on its own.
- Its decisions, with the reasons behind the code.
Seeing the whole portfolio
Health scores combine recent activity, task completion, milestone progress and how much got done in the last week. Analytics charts completion and velocity over time, and the Universe view draws every project as a graph, so clusters and orphans are visible at once.
